The Vidalia City Schools Board of Education has officially approved the 2026-2027 school calendar, giving students, families, and staff the opportunity to begin planning for the upcoming school year.
The first day of school for students will be Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The calendar also includes holidays, teacher workdays, school breaks, and the last day of school to help families prepare for a successful year.
We encourage all families to review the calendar and save important dates throughout the school year. The approved calendar is available below and can also be found on the Vidalia City Schools website.
