The Vidalia City Schools Board of Education has approved Zach Grage as the new head football coach for Vidalia High School, bringing more than 20 years of coaching experience and a proven record of success to the Indians’ program.

Coach Grage has served as a coach, program builder, and athletic director throughout his career. As offensive coordinator at Colquitt County, he helped lead the Packers to an undefeated season and the 2014 6A State Championship. During his time as head coach at Thomasville, he guided the Bulldogs to 53 wins, three region titles, and a state championship appearance.

Vidalia High School Athletic Director Tommy Dalley shared that Coach Grage’s leadership extends beyond the football field. “Coach Grage is a proven winner and program builder, but more importantly, he is the type of leader who will positively impact our entire Vidalia community.”

Coach Grage and his family are excited to become part of the Vidalia City Schools community. He looks forward to building relationships throughout the community and developing a program focused on student-athletes, character, and excellence.
